Commitment
WE EXTEND KHANYISILE’S HELPING HAND TO THESE RURAL SCHOOLS BY CONTINUEING TO PLAN AND COMPLETE VARIOUS PROJETS THAT BENEFITS BOTH THE SCHOOL AND THE
COMMUNITY SORROUNDING THE SCHOOL, SUSTAINABLY.
Every project contributes to alleviating some of the hardships and reassert a sense of hope in the future for the learners and the community.
Responsibility
Our efforts are focused on: health, welfare, development, education and improving on or providing the
infrastructure and training that will ensure a sustainable future for the schools and the communities
associated with the schools.
Support
Communities and individuals are dramatically influenced by their support system. The N3TC Khanyisile
Trust aims to surround the community and the schools in a caring and inclusive environment to make them aware of life’s possibilities in spite of the hardships they face daily.
1.2 Keys to Success
Establish a strong network of co-operation with the schools, various departments and the community.
Establish an effective training and support program for the community to ensure sustainability of projects initiated by Khanyisile.
Hand over ownership and management of projects initiated by Khanyisile to the community.
Rekindle the children’s commitment to learning and being successful in the classroom, by empowering the community and the school. (Ref: Objectives)
1.3 Legal Entity
The N3TC Khanyisile Community Trust is a Public Benefit Organization Trust Fund to solely carry on public benefit activities as defined and referred to in Section 30, Section 10(1)(cN), Section 18A and in
the ninth Schedule to the Income Tax Act No. 58 of 1962 as amended from time to time for the benefit of the beneficiaries subject to the Law and the terms and conditions laid down by the Founder and contained in the Trust Deed.
2. Market Analysis Summary
The goal of The N3TC Khanyisile Community Trust is to identify communities, schools and individuals in need of support. Once identified we strive to offer a positive support system (Ref: 2.1 Support System / Beneficiaries). The need and focus differ slightly from community to community but in essence the bulk of the needs set out in (Ref: Objectives) applies to all the schools and communities we support.

2.2 Target Market Strategy
The target market for The N3TC Khanyisile Community Trust are the Learners and Educators from Grade R to Grade 12. The schools and communities associated with the Learners also forms part of our target
market.
3. Fundraising Strategy
The N3TC Khanyisile Community Trust funding sources include private donations (finance, goods and services), company donations (finance, goods and services).
N3 Toll Concession (RF) Proprietary Limited is our main corporate sponsor at the moment and we are seeking a new Main sponsor as N3TC are in there final year of sponsoring this project.
4. Marketing Strategy
The N3TC Khanyisile Community Trust believes in the goal of leaving no child / community behind. The goal is to raise the visibility of the program to assure that: Funding sources will support the program. Our Trustees take the responsibility of selling the benefits of and handing over the various completed / self sustainable projects to the community, to manage and benefit from. To implement the new social media marketing platforms to promote our campaigns.
5. Financial Plan
An effective communication system is in place to report project progress and financial data to the N3TC Board of Directors and the Trustees.
